has been pastor of FSBC, Rawlins since February, 2001. He has been a pastor for over 30 years and was formerly a pastor of churches in Kansas and Colorado. He was a NAMB endorsed chaplain for the U.S. Antarctic Program, 1997-2000. As Antarctic chaplain he spent five months each year at McMurdo Station and the South Pole.
Pastor Dave earned his Master of Divinity (M.Div.) and Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degrees from Southern Baptist Seminaries. He is a veteran of the Viet Nam war and is retired from the Army as a Lieutenant Colonel.
He serves as a volunteer chaplain with the Rawlins Police Department, conducts weekly worship services at the Carbon County Jail and the Wyoming State Penitentiary, and provides Christian counseling within the community. He is a certified instructor in Critical Incident Stress Management. He and his wife Sharon have been married for 43 years and are the parents of three, grandparents of eleven, and have one great-grandson.
Dave is past President of the Wyoming Southern Baptist Convention, and serves the state as Disaster Relief Coordinator.

ASSOCIATE PASTOR for SENIOR ADULTS BILL SPICER
is a “retired” pastor and is responsible for our outreach ministries to Senior Adults. This includes our weekly Worship Services at South Central Wyoming Healthcare and Memorial Hospital’s Care Pavilion.
CHAPLAIN KEN CLARK
is Chaplain for our Truck Stop Ministries and leads in weekly worship services at the TA (TravelCenters of America) Truck Stop, exit 216 on Interstate Highway 80. We have a free-standing chapel at the truck stop, a converted semi trailer, from which we minister to truckers and other travelers.
WORSHIP LEADER ROBERT SMITH
is responsible for our preparing and conducting congregational music for our worship services each Sunday, including leading the Praise Team as the team leads in worship.
PASTOR DAVE STILLIE
